The International Falls baseball team won't be playing its first game of the season until Thursday at the earliest.
The Broncos' game that was scheduled for Tuesday at home against Eveleth-Gilbert has been postponed. The Falls is now slated to open the season Thursday at Greenway. A doubleheader the Broncos had scheduled for this Friday at Hermantown has also been postponed.
Falls' girls softball team, which opened the season Monday with a doubleheader at Greenway, winning 10-0 against Chisholm and then losing 8-5 to Greenway, also won't be playing at home Tuesday with the Broncos' game against Mountain Iron-Buhl being postponed.
The Falls' softball team is next slated to play three games Friday at the Iron Range Conference Tournament in Grand Rapids.
The Broncos' only varsity sporting event still on for Tuesday is the track and field teams hosting the Falls Invite.
