Spring has sprung
Logan and Maddie Pierre dug out their rollerblades Monday to take advantage of the 49-degree temperatures. While Monday's warm-up didn't break any weather records, it was a quick turnaround from Saturday night's record-breaking low temperature of 19 degrees below zero. The weekly forecast calls for temperatures in the 20s and 30s, but Thursday's high of 45 degrees could be similar to what Borderland felt Monday. After one of the coldest winters on record, it appears spring may be finally on its way.
