Teachers love freebies, I. Falls' teacher says, instead of paying themselves

There’s very little in Falls Elementary School first-grade teacher Kim McDonald’s classroom or those of her colleagues they don’t purchase themselves or scrounge for through grants and many other means — even these air-sick bags she collects when flying that she uses for ill students. But now the district’s volunteer PIC has a Wishing Willow Program to connect people to teachers to help close funding disparities.
