Congressman Rick Nolan, center, called U.S. Customs and Border Patrol officials and executives of CN Railway to his Washington office Tuesday to discuss possible solutions to train scheduling problems that continue to plague Borderland. Nolan said CN and CBP officials agreed to study possible solutions to the ongoing disruptions, including moving the Customs inspection facility further inland.
