Nine acres of lakeshore on Kabetogma Lake has been donated to Voyageurs National Park by a local citizen and his family.

The annual general meeting of the Rainy Lake Conservancy is scheduled from 2-4 p.m. Aug. 17 at La Place Rendez-Vous in Fort Frances.
