Littlefork-Big Falls’ girls basketball team won its third straight road game to improve to 3-1 for the season with a 54-38 victory Thursday night over Northland.
Brooke Millerbernd led L-BF with 18 points, while DyAna Imhof added 12. Millerbernd also hauled in more than 10 rebounds to record a “double double.”
Vikings head coach John Larson said the team shared the basketball and once again played very well on defense.
However, Larson said L-BF still has room for improvement after missing several close shots and making fewer than half of its free throws. The Vikings went 6-13 from the charity strip.
L-BF will be back in action Tuesday with a road game against Nashwauk-Keewatin.
