The Littlefork-Big Falls girls basketball team improved to 4-1 for the season with a 38-24 road win Tuesday night against Nashwauk-Keewatin.

“I’m happy the girls got another win,” said L-BF head coach John Larson. “That’s four in a row.”

Larson said the Vikings stepped up their defense late in the first half and limited N-K to eight points in the final 18 minutes.

Abby Thompson led L-BF in scoring with 13 points, while DyAna Imhof added eight.

The Vikings will be back at home Thursday when they host Mountain Iron-Buhl.
