While the official organized practices don’t begin for the fall school sports until Aug. 15, girls volleyball players as well as swimmers and divers this week are already getting ready for the upcoming season during “captain practice” at Falls High School.
Following a jamboree Aug. 20 at Hibbing, the Bronco varsity volleyball team is scheduled to host its first home match of the season Aug. 25 against Mountain Iron-Buhl.
Falls’ girls swimming and diving team has its first meet set for Sept. 1 at home against Hibbing.
