The Bronco girls cross country team didn’t let the rain put a damper on a runner-up finish Tuesday at the Bagley/Fosston Invitational.
Out of 13 teams, Falls finished second with 85 points, only behind meet champion Park Rapids at 62.
The Broncos had four top-20 runners. Sydney Raboin finished 11th on the 4,000-meter course in 16:46.
The three Falls runners who placed 15th through 17th included Amber Harms (17:12.6), Amy Auran (17:12.67) and Lexi Erickson (17:13).
In the boys competition, Falls placed eighth at 173 as Thief River Falls won with 45.
Marco Griffith placed 19th over 5,000 meters in 18:40.
