The Bronco volleyball team went 2-2 to place 11th in Saturday’s 16-team tournament at Virginia.
Falls lost to Hermantown, 9-25, 21-25. The Broncos’ statistical leaders included: Kelsey Foss, seven digs; Reva Renollet, 12 set assists; and Hailey Fentem, five kills.
The Broncos won both games against Mesabi East, 25-16, 25-21. Foss had nine digs, while Sara Christianson added five digs. Other statistical leaders included: Renollet, 10 set assists; Fentem, three ace blocks; and Tessa Walls, five kills, two ace serves.
Falls fell to Southridge, 25-27, 20-25. Statistical leaders were: Foss, seven digs; Renollet, 12 set assists, three ace serves; and Jenna Vergeldt, five kills.
The Broncos swept Hill City, 25-21, 25-18. The statistical leaders included: Christianson, eight digs; Foss, seven digs; Renollet, 10 set assists; Fentem, two ace blocks; Vergeldt, seven kills; and Walls, four kills.

Falls returned to dual match action Monday and lost to Hibbing in three straight games, 12-25, 11-25, 12-25.
