The start of the new year has been a happy one so far for International Falls’ girls hockey team with all victories.
“We’re playing probably the best hockey we’ve played all year, which is what we want to do right now,” said Falls head coach Gerald Bolstad. “Going into the playoffs, we want to start peaking and everything’s starting to come together.”
Falls’ season record is now 12-6 after winning four in a row this month and three games since last Friday.
On Friday, the Broncos won at Park Rapids Area, 5-2.
