Littlefork-Big Falls’ volleyball team improved its season record to 7-0 Thursday night by defeating Chisholm in three straight games, 25-19, 25-22, 25-23.

Vikings head coach Sarah Bradley said Chisholm is one of the better teams L-BF has played so far this year.

Two Viking players didn’t miss a serve against Chisholm. Senior Paige DeLack made 21 serves with four aces to go along with her 28 set assists. Sophomore Brooke Millerbernd made 16 of 16 serves.

Other statistical leaders for L-BF included: Chelsey Ziemba, eight kills and three ace serves; Abby Thompson, seven blocks; DyAna Imhof, eight kills; and Courtney Pfeifer, 11 digs.

Greenway 3, I. Falls 0

International Falls lost its second consecutive volleyball match and dropped to 3-3 on the season after being swept at Greenway, 12-25, 12-25, 16-25.

Bronco head coach Erin Shikowsky said Greenway had good height, while Falls wasn’t as competitive as she would have liked to see.

“I think we played a little bit on our heels,” she said.

Falls’ statistical leaders included:

• Reva Renollet, four kills, two ace serves, four set assists, six digs.

• Kelsey Foss, five digs.

• Tessa Walls, two kills, two ace serves, three blocks.
