Rainy River Community College baseball head coach Josh Koenig has announced that three more incoming freshmen have signed letters of intent to play for the Voyageurs next spring.
He said they include, by name, hometown and position:
• Josh McInnes, Minnedosa, Manitoba, outfielder/pitcher.
• Ty Paddock, Oak River, Manitoba, utility fielder/pitcher.
• Chandler Picknor, Phoenix, Ariz., first baseman/pitcher.
When including two 2011 International Falls High School graduates who started in the outfield for the Broncos, Dominic Casareto and Michael Misner, Koenig said there are now five incoming freshmen who have committed to play for RRCC in 2012, plus four returning sophomores.
Koenig said he continues to recruit players for next year’s team as he returns to coach the Voyageurs for a third season.
