The second time was the charm for Wade Walters at last weekend's Smokey Bear golf invitational at the Falls Country Club.
Walters, 28, who is originally from the St. Paul area, won the championship in the 57th annual tournament by a stroke. He didn't even make the final field of 24 to compete for the title in his first Smokey Bear Invitational last year.
