Water vs. boots
Even a good pair of rubber boots can't keep the water out. After stacking sandbags at Kathleen Kolu and Rob Trompeter's Rainy Lake home Wednesday, Chris Wolden dumps muddy water from his boots before resuming volunteer duties.
